Zetafax Business Edition

The Zetafax Business Edition is the Equisys entry level network fax software for 5 to 25 network users. It is an 'all in the box' software solution that can be installed on existing hardware and is very easy to manage once setup.

Zetafax is simple to install, using the installation and configuration wizard and MSI install. For larger deployments, Administrators can choose the centralized client installation option which uses Group Policy. The optional API Toolkit is available for integrating Zetafax with other business applications such as accounting and contact management systems.

Zetafax Duo

At the top of the Zetafax range is Zetafax Duo, which adds the power and features of Zetadocs PDF to Zetafax 2007. It provides a highly visual 'document builder' to combine and convert documents to PDFs and then send them securely by email, as well as fax. It's ideal for creating and delivering business documents such as sales quotations, purchase orders and financial statements.

Zetafax Duo helps speed up and secure the document production and delivery processes throughout your company to save time and money, help improve customer service and support the ever growing requirements of compliance.

Users can merge documents from different sources into a single, personalized PDF which can then be sent to one or more recipients by email and by fax. Email documents are sent in PDF format using Microsoft Outlook, while fax documents are sent as TIFF images via the central Zetafax server.

Zetafax Duo include features to automate the production and delivery of documents:

1. Control what information sales proposals will contain, such as brochures and price lists
2. Automatically merge documents onto corporate stationery

How it works

Zetafax Duo provides step by step document assembly through a powerful WYSIWYG user interface. This dramatically reduces the time needed to produce professional looking documents that support your corporate standards and branding. You can combine existing documents from different sources into a new template, and then use that template to convert future similar documents automatically to PDF and fax formats:

1. All sales quotations can look consistent and include the right terms and conditions
2. Every job recruitment interview email can include information on your company and a map of how to reach you
3. Information packs of relevant brochures can be assembled in moments and look as great as glossy printed matter, but cost nothing to produce and reach your customer immediately
4. Invoices and financial statements can include payment terms and details, yet take only moments to send
5. Daily, weekly and monthly business reports can be circulated quickly and easily in the format that suits each recipient best

Zetafax Duo integrates fully with Microsoft Office for one click faxing and PDF emailing as part of users' daily business routine. The Zetafax Server provides native integration with Microsoft Exchange, so all faxes can be routed to and from desktops via Microsoft Outlook. PDFs can also be sent directly from the Outlook Client.

Secure

Using Zetafax's support of DDI routing, fax document delivery is point-to-point, removing the risk of document interception and misdirection. Sending a document as a PDF by email helps prevent alteration by the recipient: security options such as password protection or print prevention can be applied.

Users of Zetafax Duo have full control over the presentation of their data, because faxes and PDF files always retain the original "look and feel" when viewed or printed.

Zetafax FaxBroadcast

Zetafax FaxBroadcast helps deliver highly effective fax broadcasting because it takes the time and effort out of setting up, delivering and reporting on fax mail shots to large volumes of recipients. Fax broadcast jobs can be set up to run at specific times or in the background.

FaxBroadcast delivers faxes using the centrally managed Zetafax Server, enabling any number of users in your organisation to create and send broadcast fax jobs simultaneously. The Zetafax Server manages the priority of the faxes based on the delivery times requested.
