Scratchpad Galleries

Scratchpad galleries are temporary baskets used for sorting, editing and merging files from multiple galleries or searches into a single gallery. These can be used for printing, collecting or publishing.

Custom XMP Read and CS File-Info Panels

Take advantage of the IPTC4XMP standard known as IPTC Core, used by Adobe Creative Suite applications. This effectively extends Portfolio's custom fields into the most popular creative applications, allowing a two-way exchange of information.

Volume Licensing Overview

Extensis licenses are available for their entire product range including Suitcase, Suitcase Fusion, Portfolio Server and Portfolio SQL Server Solutions.
• The minimum quantity requirement is 10-users and can be as high as you require.
• Mix and match products are allowed to meet the minimum order quantity.
• Should you need additional licenses Extensis simply update the Volume License Agreement and the serial number accordingly.
• Upgrade/maintenance insurance is available at 10+ users - this lasts for two years and costs 25% of the original license.
• Licenses ship electronically from Extensis direct to end user with media despatched from Computers Unlimited Distribution Centre. Lead time for license orders is approximately four days.

Extensis Commercial VLA

The Extensis Volume Licensing Agreement (VLA) provides cost- and time-saving solutions for businesses interested in purchasing multi-user licenses of Extensis software.
The benefits to Extensis VLA are:
