Essential Support services are drawn down with licence dollars; they are prorated and charged at draw down to align to end of contract (licenses are charged at the then-current price when drawn down)
Ability to add dollars to contract*
Ability, with addition of dollars, to add product families*
Defined renewal discount percent for the year following expiration of contract
