In addition to the Standard program, we offer Enterprise Flex Enhanced - the key highlights of this program are as follows:

  • Standard one or two year contracts

Symantec Enterprise Flex Enhanced Highlights:

  • All support products fall under a single contract
  • Essential Support services are drawn down with licence dollars; they are prorated and charged at draw down to align to end of contract (licenses are charged at the then-current price when drawn down)
  • Ability to add dollars to contract*
  • Ability, with addition of dollars, to add product families*
  • Defined renewal discount percent for the year following expiration of contract

* There is a minimum dollar requirement to add dollars or product families to an existing contract.
