From February 1st 2008: Adobe Extends Education Definition for TLP and CLP licensing

As of the 1st February 2008 Adobe will add the following to the current education definition for TLP and CLP licensing.

"Charitable Organisation": A charitable organisation which operates on a not-for-profit basis and whose aim is:

• Relief of poverty
• Advancement of education
• Advancement of social and community welfare
• Advancement of culture
• Advancement of the natural environment

Please remember that only charities that meet the above criteria are able to buy education TLP or education boxes. Any other charity must buy either Commercial or Government (if they qualify). If a charity does not meet the above criteria, but has a registered charity number, it can continue to buy Charity box products.
