Shipping Methods
Deliveries within Ireland are by TNT Express Ireland
Delivery is next working day for orders received before 4 pm, subject to stock, and when delivery is to an address where it is guaranteed that somebody is available to sign for the package during working hours
Shipping Charges
Deliveries within Ireland cost 12 Euros (VAT inclusive), irrespective of order size or weight
If you are placing an international order you will be quoted by e-mail at TNT rates before your order is finalized – Please see International Orders below.
Shipping Restrictions
We deliver by courier to ensure that your goods arrive safely. However, if you request us to ship by post we will do our best to organize it within 24 hours of receipt of order, subject to stock.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements on orders shipped via any method other than by our couriers.
International Orders
If you are placing an online order from outside Ireland we will finalise your order only when you have agreed to our email quotation for the relevant shipping costs and delivery time offered by TNT to your country
Credit card orders can be shipped to the address where you receive your credit card statement only.

VAT
Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged at 21% on software and licenses
There is no VAT on books
Our shipping charge of €12 includes VAT @21%
VAT Exemption
If your company has VAT exemption status in the Republic of Ireland please supply us with a copy of your current VAT form by fax, email or post
We are unable to deduct VAT if we do not receive this form
VAT: International
VAT @ 21% applies to all shipments in the EU countries unless you supply us with your current VAT registration number
VAT is not applicable to goods or delivery charges outside the European Union

If at any time you experience difficulty with our order form, or would like clarification on any aspect of the form, please email our despatch department
Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
The refund will only apply to:
SOFTWARE when the box is in its original shrink wrapping. Or, if the goods were faulty on shipping or damaged in transit.
BOOKS when the item is in a resaleable condition. If the book has a companion CD it must be in its original seal.
LICENCES – each manufacturer has a different policy – please check with us
Backorders
Some items may not be in stock at the time you place your order. If this is the case you will be given the option to place a backorder for the item(s) you wish to purchase.
Our delivery charge applies only once to each order. Any back orders that complete an order are not subject to a second delivery charge.
If you are paying with a credit card it will not be debited for the item on backorder until we ship it to you.
