Shubham joined Micromail as a Software Licensing Specialist in February 2023. He has a bachelor’s degree in Information technology and master’s in management from University College Dublin. Shubham has previous experience working with a SaaS platform provider and has a focus on customer success. He now works with a range of software vendors, providing licensing solutions to Micromail’s wide customer base.
